Civil Litigation

Civil Litigation is the term used to describe a legal dispute between parties which requires the intervention of a third party in order to resolve it. To achieve this a process of negotiation may be used or in some instances it may be necessary to go through the court system.

We encourage our clients to reach amicable agreements and we endeavour to avoid the court system wherever possible. Whatever the situation we will handle it with the utmost confidentiality and care, in order to reach as swift and satisfactory a conclusion as possible.
