Richard Margetts - Richard completed his articles at Hellewell Pasley and Brewer and qualified as a solicitor in 1971. Richard joined Clapham Edwards in 1971 and was made partner in 1972.  Richard deals with all types of Conveyancing, Landlord and Tenant matters as well as Wills, Probate and Trusts.

Allan Stewart - Allan joined Clapham Edwards in 2002 and qualified as a solicitor in 2004. He was made partner in 2007 and heads the Otley office, specialising in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing.

Fee Earners

Jane Crossling - Jane qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and joined Clapham Edwards in 2004. She specialises in all Probate, Wills and Trusts matters including Inheritance Tax Planning and Elderly Client work. 

Steven Gilbey - Steven qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and joined Atkinson Dacre in 2001. He specialises in Civil Litigation, Employment Law and Family matters. Prior to joining Atkinson Dacre, Steven worked in Leeds and then York, gaining experience in these areas of law. Whilst this area of law inevitably involves an element of argument he encourages clients to resolve disputes without the need to attend at Court wherever possible. 

Philip Thompson - Philip qualified as a solicitor in 1998, practising in Ilkley until he joined Clapham Edwards in 2007. He specialises in Conveyancing at the Guiseley office dealing with both Residential and Commercial matters.
